Meet the Team

Cece graduated from college in 2022 and has built her work around a mix of passion, purpose, and community. Working at Idaho River Sports since 2024! Outside of work, you’ll usually find her snowboarding, on the river, traveling, nerding out on movies, or enjoying her time with friends and family.

Emma is a Boise State grad with a background in marketing, business operations, and bookkeeping. At Idaho River Sports, she helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. When she's off the clock, she's probably skiing, playing ultimate frisbee, or getting wrapped up in her latest craft project.

Nicole is an experienced bookkeeper and previous small business owner who works with several small businesses, but her favorite is working with Idaho River Sports for the past eight years!

Bailey was born and raised in Boise, She has worked at Idaho River Sports since 2016. She loves skiing, kayaking, and anything outdoors. She is a kinesiology student at Boise State and coaches ski racing in the winters. 

With five years of raft guiding experience on Colorado's Arkansas River and Montana's Clark Fork, Adam knows his way around the water. He's the go-to repair guy at Idaho River Sports and can fix just about anything (emphasis on just about). His three favorite things? Rafting, dogs, and sharks.

Keena is originally from Montana and graduated from the College of Idaho with a degree in Environmental Studies. She loves spending time outdoors, whether she’s fishing, rafting, skiing, or exploring new places. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art and spending quality time with her family and friends, while connecting to the world around her.

Born and raised in Idaho, Georgia has always felt most at home on the river or in the mountains. Her love for the outdoors has led her to pursue everything from whitewater rafting and backpacking to skiing and wilderness adventures. She’s always chasing new experiences, exploring new places, and spending as much time outside as possible.
