When to Replace Gaskets
It's time to replace your gaskets when you see signs of wear such as cracks, tears, a sticky texture, or thinning rubber.
Always try before you buy to avoid sizing issues or premature tears.
Flexible Material Options
You can provide your own gaskets or purchase them at Idaho River Sports. Aquaseal is included in the repair price.
Turnaround Time
Most repairs are completed within 3 days. During busy periods, turnaround may take up to a week.

How to Start Your Repair
1. Contact Us
Reach out to our repair team before dropping off your equipment:

Our team will discuss your repair, take notes, and schedule a convenient drop-off date and time.
2. Drop Off Your Equipment
- Bring your equipment to Idaho River Sports.
- Sign a repair disclaimer form acknowledging:
- We will do our best to complete your repair successfully.
- Labor costs apply even if a repair cannot be completed.
3. Review & Quote
- Our team will review your equipment and provide a repair quote and estimated completion time.
- Repairs will not begin until you approve the quote.
4. Repair Updates
- We’ll keep you updated on your repair’s progress and estimated completion date.
5. Pick Up Your Equipment
- Once your repair is finished, our team will contact you to schedule a pick-up time.
- Payment is due at pick-up, based on the approved quote.
- A valid card will be collected at drop-off to hold your repair order.
6. Additional Information
- Equipment not picked up within 30 days of notification will incur a $25 daily storage fee.
