Location: Meet at Idaho River Sports by Quinn’s Pond
Experience: Engage in fitness-based classes on a paddle board, which adds the exciting element of balance to your workout. Be prepared to sweat, laugh, and get your body moving!
Recommendations:
Arrival: Arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up.
