Intro to Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP)

In the SUP Intro class you'll learn the proper stance for balance and control, basic paddle strokes and techniques from certified instructors. We'll also give you tips on selecting the right board and paddle for your size and paddling style. Intro courses are held on Quinn's Pond. No experience is necessary.

Class time is approx. 1.5 hours

$40.00 includes a complete SUP package: SUP board, paddle and PFD, great instruction and loads of fun!

Intro to Kayaking

This introductory course is designed to acquaint new paddlers or be a refresher for people coming back to recreational and flatwater kayaking. We start with basic strokes then move to cover proper use and implementation of all the strokes used for proper, safe, and injury free kayak paddling. We cover balance, the ability to control boat direction, position, stability and also get a great upper body workout! Intro courses are held on Quinn's Pond. No experience is necessary.

Class time is approx. 1.5 hours

$40.00 includes use of boat, paddle, PFD and professional instruction.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga Classes are for students of all levels and no prior experience is needed.  
Doing yoga postures on a paddle board brings in a whole other element of BALANCE! Your full attention is needed, keeping you mindful and present. Expect to stretch, sweat a little (we will be under the beautiful sun), improve your balance, enjoy the water and the outdoors, and have a lot of fun!

Please arrive 15 minutes early to get setup. Bring a water bottle, and wear yoga clothing that you don't mind possibly getting wet!

$30 includes a complete SUP rental package designed specifically for this SUP YOGA class.
