What to Expect!

*Please sign up for the class that best suits you, options below.

  • 8:30AM-9:30AM
  • CrossFit class with CrossFit casual 8:30-9:30
  • Partner up and be ready to do some basic CrossFit movements and get your sweat on

 

  • 9:30AM-10:30AM
  • Sculpt & Tone with Kendra Fournier
  • Experience a full-body tone & sculpt class with bodyweight movements

 

  • 10:30-11:30AM
  • Hula & Tahitian Class with Lani
  • Slow flow movements of Hula and fast-paced hip movements of Tahitian dance! This all-levels class combines cardio, core strength, and island rhythm—no experience needed.

 

  • 11:30AM-12:30PM
  • SUP Pilates with Noel Phillips
  • Join a fun and challenging 45-minute full-body workout that combines traditional Pilates movements with the instability of water. Performed on a paddleboard, this session targets your core, balance, and coordination as you flow through exercises like planks, bridges, leg lifts, and roll-ups. The constantly shifting surface engages deep stabilizing muscles and enhances mind-body connection, all while you’re surrounded by the calming sounds and sights of nature. It’s a refreshing way to build strength, flexibility, and focus—on the water!
