Whether you’re new to the sport of stand up paddle boarding or already an expert, having upper body and core strength will add endurance and balance to give you extra confidence. Located minutes from downtown Boise on the beautiful Greenbelt, Quinn's Pond and the new Ether Simplot Park!

The Six Pack class package entitles you to book classes that fit your schedule and fitness level. All classes include a stand up paddleboard (SUP), paddle and PFD.

Single SUP Fitness Boot Camp

Private/Semi-private SUP Fitness Classes

One hour classes with complete SUP rental package
1-2 people $ 35/hour per person
3+ people $ 30/hour per person

What to wear and other details

Please wear a swim suit or gym shorts and a top that can get wet and allows functional movement. You may wear athletic shoes that can get wet or preferably be barefoot. On cooler days wet suits may be available to rent. A SUP board, paddle and PFD are included in class if you don't have your own.

Remember to wear sunscreen, hat, sunglasses (with a chum) and bring water to drink. It is recommended that you have had prior experience on a SUP board or taken one of our SUP Intro classes, available weekday evenings and Saturdays, prior to signing up for the SUP Fitness Boot Camp.
