Paddling & Surf Locations
The full name of the pond is "Bernardine Quinn Riverside Park". This wonderful paddling pond next to the Boise River and just outside our backdoor is our "outdoor gym".
We have full use of Quinn's Pond for SUP classes, SUP Yoga, SUP fitness, paddling events, kayak classes and much more! Quinn's Pond is connected to Esther Simplot Park and our mile long network of ponds and river encompassing four different Boise City Parks.
Quinn's Pond is located north of the the Boise River between Fairview Avenue and Veterans Parkway, and is dominated by a 22-acre pond. Adjacent to the Greenbelt, the park includes fishing docks, beach areas for SUP and canoe landings, and picnic areas with a shelter. There are two handicap accessible docks and a wheelchair ramp at Quinn's Pond near the store.
A waterway connecting Quinn's Pond and the two ponds at Esther Simplot Park improves water quality and wildlife habitat, as well as provide flat water recreation opportunities, such as SUP boarding, canoeing, kayaking, etc.
