Join us in welcoming Steph Brown to the Idaho River Sports team. We're stoked to have Steph with us as our resident all around surf, SUP, fitness and yoga specialist.
Steph started incorporating SUP yoga/fitness into her daily practice when living in Cabo Mexico. When there she taught a variety of SUP classes for all levels including Yoga, Strength and Cardio. Steph believes a SUP yoga practice is a beneficial part of life, and the challenges on the mat prepares her for the unforeseen challenges in everyday life. Steph’s goal is to inspire her students to share the same experience.
Steph earned her 500 Eryt certification through Shanti Yoga School of Boise and has been trained in Vinyasa, Yinyasa, Power Yoga and SUP Yoga. She also teaches fitness classes and is a certified Personal Trainer.
Steph brings humor, support and a non-judgmental attitude to her classes, creating an uplifting atmosphere. Steph has taught in a variety of settings, the water is one that adds a fun challenge to an everyday class.
Steph takes you beyond the physical aspects of yoga and fitness, and brings you into your own sacred, personal space, on your mat and in life.
