Join us in welcoming Steph Brown to the Idaho River Sports team. We're stoked to have Steph with us as our resident all around surf, SUP, fitness and yoga specialist. Steph started incorporating SUP yoga/fitness into her daily practice when living in Cabo Mexico. When there she taught a variety of SUP classes for all levels including Yoga, Strength and Cardio.
